WASHINGTON, DC – Following the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals’ unanimous ruling on President Donald Trump’s poorly drafted executive order banning travel from seven predominately Muslim countries, Congressman John Garamendi (D-Fairfield, Davis, Yuba City, CA), a Member of the House Armed Services Committee and a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, issued the following statement:
