Stand Down touts veterans, offers resources

Call it a celebration of military veterans as well as a resource fest. By any name, Tuesday’s North Bay Stand Down kickoff in Dixon brought aid, hot meals and all manner of services to dozens of veterans considered at risk or homeless.
