Garamendi, colleague tackle student loan debt

Rep. John Garamendi and a Republican colleague in the House have introduced the bipartisan Student Loan Refinancing and Recalculating Act to address what Garamendi calls "the ballooning student loan debt crisis in America that cripples more than 40 million Americans and their families."
