ADVISORY: Senator Wicker, Congressman Garamendi, and More to Host Press Conference Announcing the Energizing American Shipbuilding Act

WHAT: Senator Wicker and Congressman Garamendi unveil their bipartisan Energizing American Shipbuilding Act legislation that would provide a vital service for U.S. national security and revitalize the U.S. flag fleet and manufacturing industrial base by requiring a portion of exported crude oil and LNG transported on U.S. built vessels. If enacted, this legislation would create over 50 new ships by 2040 and thousands of mariner and manufacturing jobs.
