Garamendi backs bill to rebuild U.S. roads, bridges

Rep. John Garamendi, D-Walnut Grove, together with 19 other Democrats, introduced on Wednesday the Grow America Act, a long-term surface transportation reauthorization bill that provides $478 billion over six years to address the nation's infrastructure crisis.
